Kavalan Solist Sherry Cask Matured Whisky

Kavalan Distillery has been pioneering the art of single malt whisky in Yilan County, Taiwan since 2005. Kavalan sources the mineral-rich waters that flow from the nearby Snow Mountain, this pure water combined with the intense heat & maturation process produces some sensational "new world" Single Malt whisky. This release in the Solist range was matured in extremely high quality Oloroso sherry casks which imparts a simply incredible colour & flavour profile. As with all releases in the series; Kavalan Solist Oloroso Sherry was bottled at the distillery, without any added colouring or chill-filtration.
