Thompson Bros. Organic Gin

Thompson gin is created with a host of botanicals which include juniper berries, angelica root, cardamom seed, aniseed, orange peel, lemon peel, coriander seed, meadowsweet, elderflower, black peppercorn and raspberry. Interestingly 10% of the base spirit is produced at their small distillery in Sutherland from Organic Plumage Archer Barley.
