After 12 eagerly anticipated years, the first core product has been released from Mitchell’s Glengyle Distillery. Mitchell’s Glengyle Distillery re-opened in 2004, following closure in 1925. The Kilkerran Single Malt is a lightly peated, double distilled whisky which is not chill filtered and has no added colouring. The maturation recipe is - 70% bourbon casks & 30% sherry casks.
