Becoming a HoM customer favourite, digestive biscuits, ripe bananas and a hint of pepper. Slow distillation, matured in sherry casks crafted from European and American oak. It's then bottled at cask strength, un-chillfiltered. 20% 1st Fill European Oak Sherry. 10% 1st Fill American Oak Sherry, 70% Quality Oak casks. It is trickle distilled, matured in bourbon casks and bottled at 58.9% ABV.
