This Blanc de Blancs uses the freshness and aroma of Bordeaux Chardonnay grapes to produce an excellent sparking wine. It is produced in the traditional method using the Ugni Blanc grapes. This grape variety is typically used in Cognac and Armagnac production so isn't one you see everyday in sparkling wine. A wonderful celebratory aperitif for festivities and an accompaniment to canapés.
