Caol Ila 2004 Distillers Edition Bottled 2016 Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky

This limited edition expression is the Caol Ila 2016 Distillers Edition. The yearly releases experiment with additional maturation in a Moscatel wine cask to produce a softer, more delicate dram than you may be used to. Stored and matured in the warehouses located on the north eastern coast of Islay, expect this dram to be full of coastal notes and of course, Islay Peat. Lovely.
