Another wonderful Octomore, the smokiest and most intense Octomore ever bottled. The late harvest barley from Octomore farm has been peated to a incredible <strong>309.1ppm</strong> before being slowly distilled in the traditional whisky making style of Bruichladdich. It has been mostly matured in ex-bourbon cask but a good portion of the whisky has matured in Paulliac, Ventoux, Rhone and Burgundy wine casks. And of course none chill filtered and natural colouring - naturally!
