Another wonderful Octomore, distilled in 2009 using Scottish barley. Peated to a holy high heaven of 168 PPM! Bottled at a respectable 59.3% ABV, so tempting those intense flavours out with a touch of water is well recommended. This edition has been matured in first fill American oak cask from Heaven Hill, Buffalo Trace, Jim Beam and Jack Daniels. And of course none chill filtered and natural colouring - naturally!
