Bladnoch 29 Year Old Bicentennial Release Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky

The Bladnoch Bicentennial Release is a 29 year old single malt produced in celebration of the Lowland distillery’s history and a toast to its new chapter. Limited to 200 bottles, the expression is created from two casks distilled in 1988. Initially matured in oloroso Sherry casks, the 41.2% abv whisky has been finished for the last 18 months in Moscatel casks. A word from Ian Macmillan (master distiller) “Chestnut gold in colour, our bicentennial release has lovely rich Sherry and acacia aromas, with notes of dark chocolate, sweet oak and citrus with a long and satisfying finis, this is a fantastic whisky to mark this incredible milestone and I’d say it is best enjoyed shared, and savoured, with friends and family.” The expression is presented in a glass bottle with a gold stopper.
